PTA MEMBERSHIP 2026-2027

PTA membership is open for the new school year! You may notice some new options while checking out, there are now options to add a monetary donation while paying for your yearly membership. Our PTA is proud to support FREE school events for all students and families! Thanks to generous donations and fundraising efforts, we never charge admission for PTA-sponsored activities. We believe every student should have the chance to join in the fun, no matter what.

Thank you so much for supporting our PTA and helping us keep these events free and accessible for all! We truly appreciate everyone's contributions in any way! 2026-2027 Membership

FIRST PTA MEETING

Join us for our first PTA meeting of the school year! Tuesday September 1st at 9:30am! The meetings are always held in the LMC at Clow.

*Due to schedule changes, all of our PTA meetings will be on Tuesdays, rather than Wednesdays

BACK TO SCHOOL PICNIC

Bring your blankets and chairs and come celebrate another new school year on Friday, August 28th from 5:30-7pm at Clow. We will be pre-ordering pizza from Domino's and they will be at Clow for you to pick up during the event! Click here to order: Pizza Orders Orders will be closing Tuesday night at 9pm.

Bruster's will also be onsite selling ice cream to everyone. 15% of those sales go back to the PTA! Oakstone Magic will be with us face painting and balloon making. Join us for a great night full of fun and laughs!

SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE

Help us stock non-classroom teachers with many of the items they also need! If you would like to help donate, please use this link: Supply Drive Please drop off donated items to 2621 Gateshead Dr by August 30th. Thank you so much for your help!

REFLECTIONS

We invite students of all grades to explore the arts and express the theme “I Belong!" Illinois PTA proudly offers this National program to our district 204 students. Founded in 1969, PTA Reflections is known as the oldest and largest national student recognition program in the arts. Students are welcome to create and submit original works of art in the categories of: Dance Choreography, Film Production, Literature, Music Composition, Photography or Visual Arts. All submissions must be turned into school by October 17th. Click the link below for more detailed information

COMMITTEE CHAIRS

While looking forward to next year, there are a few events/committees we need your help with! It helps our committee so much to help distribute these roles to other parents in the community. Please reach out to Cassie Chaput if you are interested. Also, no need to take on a role solo, rope a friend into helping! These volunteer roles are great if you prefer behind the scenes, flexible types of jobs!
