Art Spotlight on Student WorkWhether a student is in kindergarten of fifth grade they will be learning about the elements of art and the principles of design in art class. The elements of art are line, shape, color, form, texture, space and value. The principles of design are contrast, rhythm, balance, pattern, unity, variety and movement.
