Students create presentations, costumes, models, or crafts as a culminating product of the Colonial Times unit. They also develop a digital report using Microsoft's Photo Story 3.

This project depicts a settlement.
Cabin
Log cabins were built with the abundance of trees.
Fort
Forts were few and far between during colonial times. Forts provided protection and a place to live.
Forts were made of wood because it was plentiful. Fort life depended on the protection the fort provided.Daily life in colonial times was very difficult compared to daily life of today.
