Cinderella Alphabox Activity

Not including modern versions of Cinderella, there are more than 800 traditional translations of this fairy tale--originating from all around the world.  During this unit, students will compare and contrast four of these versions and will focus on one particular version with their group members.  As a class we will compare and contrast Cinderella (France), Yeh Shen (China) and Mufaro's Beautiful Daughters (Africa).   Groups will also choose one additional version of "Cinderella" to create an Alphabox Poster about.
