catalog to help you or just browse the shelf and earn 4 bonus books toward becoming a library lover

How About a Little Gingerbread?



Fill in the important parts of any story on a
gingerbread boy . Color him in and put him in the green bin. He will appear
on the bulletin board of tasty cookies.

desk, fill in the information on the back and create a self-portrait. Be as
creative as possible and feel free to use any medium you prefer. Check the
poster in the LMC for prizes.

Reminder...Webographer Wednesdays are for naming photos.
Put disks and envelopes on Mrs. Frett's desk when finished. Webographers
should be taking learning and teaching photos of their own classrooms, not
others.
Pick up the
Photo Contest flyer on the circulation desk.

*We should have more AR books
*Have a place for kids to just sit with each other in a circle and talk
about books.
*The LMC needs autobiographies.
Make new suggestions either
by adding to the suggestion box on the circulation desk or on our website at
the Bright Idea
section.

Grades 2-5

Rush to Read with THE Chicago RUSH

Read 4 books, take 4 Accelerated Reader quizzes, get at
least 90% and WIN
a ticket to a Chicago Rush Football Game!!!
Staple
the 4 quizzes together after your teacher sees them and write RUSH of the
top sheet. Put them in the green bin and you will get them back with a
Chicago Rush bookmark attached. That means that your name is on the list for
a ticket :-)

5th
Graders ONLY
Be a Book Angel!
Anderson's
needs our help gift wrapping books for needy children.








If you're

9th from 10-noon at Anderson's. A permission slip will go home with details.
