The 2006-2007 Clow School Storytelling Festival is a
year long celebration! Gwen Hilary shares songs, chants, rhythms and
participation stories, that get the audience involved and energized. Ms
Williamson specializes in literature that features African American
authors as well as stories from the African American culture.
As Ms Hilary tells some great stories,
Mr. Williamson accompanies her with a variety of musical instruments.
Students enjoyed
stories from Anansi the Spider to stories that they could help tell. It
was a great day for everyone.
