How to Study for a
4th Grade Social Studies Chapter Test
 | Pay attention in class! (It will save you
time later!) |
 | Take good notes during instruction and review! Study nightly! (Don't wait until the last
minute to start studying.) |
 | Read and reread the text book carefully. Look for main ideas as you read. |
 | Learn the meaning or importance of each blue word in the chapter. |
 | Be able to answer the questions at the end of each lesson. Similar questions are often on
your test! |
 | Review using the Chapter Review at the end of each chapter. This helps you practice some
of the blue words, and similar questions are often on your test! |
 | Take notes during the class review. Your teacher will review important information from
the test. (Take notes even if the review is a game!) Study these notes! |
